Research Evaluation and Special Studies (RESS)

The Extended Student-led Research or Evaluation Project (ESREP) represents a remarkable opportunity for students to develop and deliver a project in an area of their medical interest, within a period of protected time, with an expert supervisor. This is a great learning opportunity and, building on the learning and skills gained in the earlier years of the curriculum, will help students begin to decide about options for their professional future and careers.

ESREP is assessed though a combination of written work, presentations, and structured professional reflection.
